There are 3 simple steps I like to take when starting a cooperation with a leader:
We have a short free intro 30-min call to understand how and on what topics we can focus our leadership improvement journey.
We start the journey, defining proper objectives, desired timelines, means of communication. I price by the hour, and we'll have an estimate on the total budget needed for our journey. You will receive a quote before starting, so you can also share it internally in case you want to fund it through the company education budgets. My hourly fee is transparent and set at €80/hour.
I like to keep a constant feedback flow, both sides, to make sure the path is meeting your expectations, and at the same time to help you notice any drops in your engagement (as having this is key to reach the best results). I want to make sure our work together delivers relevant and lasting results into your leadership journey.
